If all methods reach the site, the issue is local to you, try flushing DNS, switching networks, or using a VPN. A failed method is not by itself proof of an outage — sites refuse HEAD requests, decline HTTP/2, or redirect in ways only a browser resolves. We call a service down only when the evidence supports it: the origin answered and declared failure (a 5xx, or a root 404/410), or independent monitoring locations agreed. When every method fails before any HTTP response we report it as unreachable from our network, not as down for everyone.
